Sopharma became sponsor of Ninth Vello Rally DRAG Cherni Vrah that took place on October 6, 2012. On the sunny autumn day over two hundred participants with good sports training and equipment started the competition in mountain biking from Boiansko Hanche along the 42-km route to Cherni Vrah and back, of 3300 m total displacement.

The awards to the winners in the six categories were given by Dragomir Kuzov and Ognian Donev, and all participants and sponsors were happy and satisfied by their participation win the initiative.

On 14.12.2012, Santa Claus brought presents to the children of Sopharma’s employees at Vrabevo Pharmaceutical Plant, municipality of Troyan. With the theatrical performance, fairy tale heroes, music and dances, the Christmas party brought much joy and Christmas magic for young and od.

The children from 8th Secondary General Education School "Vasil Levski" together with their class teacher Zhenya Milusheva visited Sopharma on 13.12.2012.

Sopharma made a present to the children of the employees of Bulgarian Rose Sevtopolis in the form of a Christmas Party. The children enjoyed an enchanting performance, lots of fun and gifts.

Sopharma, as an active member of the UN Global Compact, supported the World Environment Day by its own initiative.

On July 3, 2014, Together 2014 annual awards for the best fund-raising campaign were delivered. In his speech at the awards ceremony, the Chairman of the Committee, Mr. Konstantin Penchev, Ombunsman of the Republic of Bulgaria, declared the urgency for voting on a voluntary service act.

The book Illustrated Pharmacology for students at the Medical University and Colleges came off the press with the assistance of Sopharma. The author of the book is Prof. Dr. Nadka Boyadzhieva, whose teacher the famous Professor Dr. Paskov was. The author dedicated the book to his birthday anniversary. The Professor-inventor is known for his development of the Bulgarian medicine Nivalin, manufactured to this day, too, by Sopharma. This anniversary is a special one, since it follows the 80 year jubilee anniversary of Sopharma.

Today, Sopharma started the construction of a new high-rack warehouse for finished dosage forms started in Sofia. The construction of the new high-rack warehouse will take one year and the total floor area will be 4555 m². The total number of pallet spaces will be 4165, and workrooms will be ten. The architect is Tilev Architects Ltd.
