Notification for share participation from “Rompharm Company” OOD

Sofia, Bulgaria, December 21, 2021 – According to the requirements of Art. 100t of LPOS, “Sopharma” AD notifies that today the Company received a notification for participation from Rompharm Company OOD, UIC 200732874. With a settlement transaction on December 7 , 2021, Rompharm Company OOD has crossed the treshold of 5% in the capital of Sopharma AD, reducing its participation from 6.03% to 3.20%.
