Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 9 September 2024

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 9, 2024 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 5, 2024 the Company sold 6 770 (sixty thousand seven hundred and seventy) repurchased own shares representing 0.0038% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 40 661,40 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 6,01.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 13 357 228 representing 7,46% of the share capital of the Company.
