Notification of sale of treasury shares as of 12 June 2024

Sofia, Bulgaria, June 12, 2024 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on June 11, 2024 the Company sold 4 012 (four thousand and twelve) repurchased own shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 24 273,64 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 6,05.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14 324 324 representing 8% of the share capital of the Company.
