Notification for buy-back of treasury shares on December 21

Sofia, Bulgaria, December 22 2023 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 21, 2023 the Company bought 20 000 (twenty thousand) own shares representing 0.0116% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 116 000,00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 5,80. The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14 308 336 representing 8.290% of the share capital of the Company.
