SOPHARMA AD (the “Company”) hereby informs that from 4 September2014 up to and including 10 September 2014 the Company bought 3800 own shares representing 0.0029% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 15 868.8 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 4.18 BGN.
The trading of treasury shares is pursuant to decision by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 5 075 855, representing 3.85% of the share capital of the Company.

SOPHARMA AD hereby informs that from 18 September 2014 up to and including 24 September 2014 the Company bought 7 343 own shares representing 0.0056% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 29 212.2 BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 3.98 BGN. The trading of treasury shares is pursuant to decision by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 5 085 698, representing 3.85% of the share capital of the Company.

The Board of Directors of SOPHARMA AD (the “Company”) hereby informs that from 26 July 2012 up to and including 01 August 2012 the Company bought 10615 own shares representing 0.0080% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of BGN 24752.28 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was BGN 2.32.

The shares have been bought on the basis of the general meeting resolution of 23.06.2010.

Sopharma AD participated in the capital increase of Doverie Obedinen Holding AD and acquired 1 405 889 shares from the capital increase. As a result Sopharma AD has crossed the threshold of 15% in the capital of Doverie Obedinen Holding AD and now owns 18.697%.

The Board of Directors of SOPHARMA AD (the “Company”) hereby informs that from 02 August 2012 up to and including 08 August 2012 the Company bought 4266 own shares representing 0.00323% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 10025.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was BGN 2.35.

The shares have been bought on the basis of the general meeting resolution of 23.06.2010.

Sopharma AD (the “Company”) notifies that it has invested in the capital increase of its subsidiary Briz (Riga , Latvia ) in order to expand its presence on the markets of the three Baltic States and Belarus. The shares of Sopharma AD in the capital of the company after the increase reached 66.14% (previously 51%). The expansion of the presence on the market of the Republic of Belarus includes acquisition of a warehouse complex, implementation of an integrated information system as well as the acquisition of new pharmacies.

Sopharma AD (the “Company”) notifies that today, 9 December 2013, the Company received official confirmation from the Ministry of Economy and Energy that the project "Implementation of innovative products in the ampoule production of Sopharma AD" under Operational Program "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy" 2007-2013 was ranked 5th on the list of largest companies. The project is included in the list of project proposals approved for funding under the above procedure, with a maximum grant financing of 3,000,000 BGN.

SOPHARMA AD (the “Company”) hereby informs that from 5 December 2013 up to and including 11 December 2013 the Company bought 9 796 own shares representing 0.007% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 35 659.97  BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 3.64 BGN.

The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 5 432 858, representing 4.12% of the share capital of the Company.

SOPHARMA AD (the “Company”) hereby informs that from 12 December 2013 up to and including 18 December 2013 the Company bought 22 008 own shares representing 0.017% of the share capital of the Company, to the total value of 85 612.83  BGN on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was 3.89 BGN.

The shares have been bought on the basis of decision No. 7 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders from 23 June 2010.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 5 454 866, representing 4.13% of the share capital of the Company.
