Sofia, Bulgaria, October 5, 2021 – According to the requirements of art. 100t of LPOS, “Sopharma” AD notifies that for September 2021 the Company recorded an increase in sales of 59% compared to the same month of the previous year, incl. 36% increase in domestic sales and 81% increase in export sales.

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 30, 2021 - According to art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Sopharma AD notifies that on September 29, 2021 the Company bought 200 000 own shares representing 0.1484% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 780 000 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 3.90 BGN.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 10 311 467, representing 7.65% of the share capital of the Company.
