Sofia, Bulgaria, September 13, 2021 - According to art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Sopharma AD notifies that on September 10, 2021 the Company bought 350 000 own shares representing 0.2596% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 1 218 000 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 3.6600 BGN.

 

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 611 467, representing 7.130% of the share capital of the Company.

Sofia, Bulgaria, September 7, 2021 - According to art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Sopharma AD (SFA: “BSE-Sofia” AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 3, 2021 the Company bought 250 000 own shares representing 0.1855% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 915 000 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 3.6600 BGN.

 

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 261 467, representing 6.871% of the share capital of the Company.
