Sofia, Bulgaria, July 25, 2025 – According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on July 24, 2025 the Company sold 22 973 (twenty-two thousand nine hundred seventy-three) repurchased own shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 56 723.85 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.47.
