The team of Sopharma won a tennis tournament of "Games for Good" of UNGC-Bulgaria  and finished with the most points. The players enjoyed the support of their fans, among whom was Mr. Ognian Donev, Executive Director of Sopharma.

Two representatives of the tennis team are in top four.

The official ceremony of Doctors We Trust took part in the plenary hall of the National Assembly. The Health Minister prof. Nikolay Petrov, the President of the Parliament Dimitar Glavchev and the publisher of “24 hours” newspaper Venelina Gocheva congratulated the doctors distinguished by their patients.

The urban culture festival returned more attractive and varied and gathered fans of extreme experiences – off-line and virtual ones.

New IMS data reveals the growing importance of generic medicines for public health as they now account for 62% of medicines dispensed in Europe delivering huge value while impacting only 4% of total healthcare budgets. 

At the same time a new Economist Intelligence Unit report underlined that unsustainable pricing policies are leading to shortages of essential life-saving medicines. Global industry leaders and regulators advanced a clear proposal to increase regulatory cooperation to ensure safety, quality and efficacy while reducing administrative redundancies.

A survey published by the European Commission today, shows no decrease in the overall smoking rate in the EU (26%) since 2014. Amongst people aged 15 to 24 the rate has increased from 25% in 2014 to 29% in 2017.
