The official ceremony of Doctors We Trust took part in the plenary hall of the National Assembly. The Health Minister prof. Nikolay Petrov, the President of the Parliament Dimitar Glavchev and the publisher of “24 hours” newspaper Venelina Gocheva congratulated the doctors distinguished by their patients.
The edition for 2017 distinguished the oldest doctor in Bulgaria, the 95-year old microbiologist Dr. Yordan Tanev. 409 doctors included in the new edition of the book “Doctors We Trust” were awarded.
For the first time, the initiative included nominations for dental practitioners.
In this edition, the patients will be able for the first time to discover which are the latest achievements in various areas of the medicine such as oncology, cardiology, surgery and dermatology.
