Kalinka has been involved in some of the most important production projects. She has held various positions and has significantly contributed to the development of production with her professionalism. Today, she is actively involved as the coordinator of the key project for registering our product in the U.S. market. Also, she serves as a pillar and mentor for the MS&T department (Technology Transfer and Validation).
Outside of her work routine, Kalinka loves cooking and participating in master classes for wine tasting.
- How does Kalinka lead by example?
"By approaching every problem with empathy and understanding and giving colleagues the freedom to act, so they can learn to take the necessary responsibility", she shares. Kalinka believes that a successful leader helps their team grow and develop by providing them the support and autonomy they need.
- But also by maintaining the "team spirit"
Every day at 4:00 PM, Kalinka and her colleagues share funny jokes.
"I have a sense of humor, and I believe in fostering a free spirit within the team", she says and smiles, adding that these small rituals help maintain a friendly and positive atmosphere in the team, which is essential for their productivity and satisfaction.

"My main goal for the next few years is to build a vibrant, talented team that will succeed me and have the courage to lead the production department at Sopharma".
She aims to leave a legacy of new leaders who will continue to drive the company forward with creativity and innovation.
