Orlin Zarev is a shining example of dedication and professionalism. He joined the Sopharma team back in 2008 as a technologist in the Ampoule plant facility. Driven by his desire for development and improvement, he advanced to the position of Head of the Technology transfer and validation department. "The dynamics, diversity, and opportunity to work in a team are what I love most about my job", says Orlin. His responsibilities include transferring manufacturing technologies for medicinal products and validating processes to ensure the high quality of our products. Outside of work, he finds his true support and motivation in his family.

“Whether it’s positive or negative, I accept the different opinions and try to identify what needs to be done to improve or overcome difficulties”, he asserts. This analytical approach inspires his team, and he strives to set a good example with every action.
