We are all part of one society and one family, striving to bring success to the company, our colleagues, and ourselves”, Kristine Nozadze, the Head of our regional office in Georgia and Armenia. She is a proud ambassador of our values, whose story is a true example for all of us!

Kristine and her journey at Sopharma

Kristine holds an MBA and has been working at Sopharma for more than 16 years, holding various positions. "You could say I grew up at Sopharma, as I was 22 years old when I joined the team. My motivation to start working here was my desire to develop in an international company and gain more experience in pharmaceutical sales. Since then, I feel we have grown and developed together, overcoming difficulties and embracing changes", she says.

Kristine proudly represents and manages Sopharma's offices in Georgia and Armenia. Being a team leader in two different countries is both a challenge and an exciting adventure, allowing her to interact with different people and mobilize their interests and resources for the development of the company.

Outside of work, she loves traveling, being in nature, gathering mushrooms, and photographing her favorite landscapes and moments.

  • How does Kristine deal with challenges?

"Embracing difficulties is a path to growth and learning", she shares and adds that "Challenges help us extract valuable lessons, adopt a growth mindset, cultivate adaptability, develop problem-solving skills, and recognize our strengths and weaknesses".

Kristine acknowledges that the COVID-19 pandemic was one of the most significant challenges, negatively impacting teamwork and communication among colleagues – inevitably affecting how difficulties are handled. "I have always considered the approach of sharing problems and solving them as a team to be the most correct. That's why I always encourage my team to openly discuss any issues, share their ideas, communicate actively, and not shy away from problem-solving", she says.

  • Success as a result of everyone's value culture

Kristine believes that results, measured through efficiency, creativity, performance, and similar metrics, are not the only factors for success in the workplace. Challenges often arise, and without the right values and mindset, true success cannot be sustained. "As Albert Einstein says, 'Try not to become a person of success, but rather try to become a person of value.' When employees align with the company's values, they are already successful. It is important not just to focus on one's own development, but also to support and encourage others, to be responsible, and to uphold ethical standards", shares Kristine.

  • She believes that discussion is the path to the truth

By discussion, Kristine means brainstorming, active communication, and sharing different perspectives and opinions. "The most important thing is always to find good solutions for a specific problem or topic, not to determine who is right or who is wrong," she states firmly.
