“What makes me feel good? The team, working with people, the dynamics, the efforts everyone makes to fulfill the common plan, and the satisfaction in their eyes from a job well done at the end”.

Zdravko's career path at Sopharma began in 2010 as a technologist in the Granulation sector, and he quickly proved to be a valuable team member. In 2013, he played a key role in commissioning the new manufacturing plant for solid dosage forms, marking a significant stage in his professional development. Just a year later, he joined the Production Department, where he stayed until 2017, before leaving Sopharma. Despite a five-year separation from our team, he returned to our ranks as Deputy Director of the Solid Dosage Forms Plant.

“The young team I worked with, the opportunities for development, and the personal growth offered to me were decisive factors that helped me develop over the years”, Zdravko shares.

Outside of his work routine, Zdravko is an active person with diverse interests. He loves traveling, sports, and enjoying time with his family.

  • A role model and Inspiration
Although he doesn’t have a specific role model, Zdravko admires sincere, honest, and straightforward people. “I also like people who manage to balance all their duties well and find enough time for themselves and their families, as well as those who achieve things seemingly effortlessly but actually do so with great skill and effort”, he asserts.
  • What makes Zdravko feel good in his environment?
He shares that the team and dynamics at Sopharma are the main factors that make him feel truly good. “The efforts everyone makes to fulfill the common plan and the satisfaction from a job well done at the end of the day are priceless”, he says. According to him, a large part of the people at Sopharma truly love their work, and it shows in everything they do.
  • Success and good results
Zdravko believes that good results are important but not the only criterion for success. “The connection with the team and the collective, as well as the managers' understanding of the efforts everyone makes, are also significant. In some cases, you can be appreciated even without visible results”, he notes.
