Sofia, Bulgaria, June 7, 2022 - According to art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Sopharma AD notifies that on June 6, 2022 the Company bought 200 00 own shares representing 0.1484% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 200 000,00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 4.500 BGN.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 13 255 000, representing 9.833% of the share capital of the Company.
