The best Bulgarian sports shooters with pneumatic weapons will compete in the first edition of the Sopharma tournament between the 2nd and the 4th of November at Geo Milev Shooting Rangein Sofia. The competition is organized jointly by the pharmaceutical company and Levski-Sopharma Shooting Club, and besides the top shooters with pistols and rifles in men’s and women’s category, the competition will give a chance to the talents in boys’ and girls’ category. The programme of Sopharma 2015 has been divided in two days of competition, and the obtained results will apply for qualification for the European Championship. The winners in pistol shooting will be determined on Tuesday, the 3rd of November, and the best rifle shooters – on Wednesday. The first day of the tournament is intended for technical conference and free training. Sopharma AD plans for the tournament to become annual and with a continuing focus on the development of adolescents. Not surprisingly the awards for the winners of Sopharma 2015 in the boys’ and girls’ categories are participation in the upcoming tournament in November in Nitra, Slovakia. “We want the young talents in this sport in Bulgaria to stand next to many of the current champions and to give the best of them, and later to show their talent and skills abroad”, said the representatives of the company that began its partnership with sports shooting in 2010 with the formation of Levski-Sopharma Shooting Club. On the 2nd of November, the demonstration contest for the media under the slogan “Non-smoking Barrels” will also take place with the support of Tabex, with the participation of two of the best shooters, Maria Grozdeva and Antoaneta Boneva.
