The Board of Directors of „Sopharma“ AD approved a prospectus for the issue of warrants

Sofia, Bulgaria, August 3, 2021 – According to the requirements of art. 100 of the LPOS, “Sopharma” AD notifies that in accordance with Art. 25 of the Articles of Association of the Company, at its meeting the Board of Directors approved a prospectus for initial public offering of warrants with an issue price of BGN 0.28 and a total number of 44 932 633 warrants.

The prospectus has been filed for approval with the Financial Supervision Commission.
