On 27 and 28 June annual European Communication Summit 2013 was held in Brussels, organized by the European Association of Communication Directors and Communication Director magazine.

The working part of the conference was opened by Connie Hedegaard, EU Commissioner for Climate Action, which made a presentation for Communicate Sustainability.
