Values Ambassador

To support our employees in deeply understanding and applying these values, even in the most challenging situations, we created a comprehensive program that includes a series of activities. 

One of them is particularly loved by our colleagues in Bulgaria and abroad because it allows us to spotlight those team members who best exemplify one or all of our values. Through peer nominations, we recognize actions that embody care, responsibility, continuous improvement, teamwork, and integrity.

This initiative is known as our “Values Ambassador” program.
