Sofia, Bulgaria, December 30, 2021 – According to the requirements of Art. 100t of LPOS, “Sopharma” AD notifies that the subscription for the public offering of the warrants of the Company has been successfully completed.

The results of the public offering are as follows:

София, България, 23 декември 2021 година – Съгласно изискванията на чл. 100т от ЗППЦК, “Софарма“ АД уведомява, че на свое заседание Съветът на директорите прие решение за разпореждане с всички притежавани от Дружеството дялове (100%) в капитала на СИА „Бриз“ (SIA Briz), Латвия. Решението е в изпълнение на стратегията на Дружеството за оптимизиране на търговската дейност, по-добро представяне на всички пазари и увеличаване на добавената стойност за акционерите.

Sofia, Bulgaria, December 21, 2021 – According to the requirements of Art. 100t of LPOS, “Sopharma” AD notifies that today the Company received a notification for participation from Rompharm Company OOD, UIC 200732874. With a settlement transaction on 7 December 2021, Rompharm Company OOD has crossed the treshold of 5% in the capital of Sopharma AD, reducing its participation from 6.03% to 3.20%.
