Sofia, Bulgaria, September 9, 2021 – According to the requirements of art. 100t of LPOS, “Sopharma” AD notifies that for August 2021 the Company recorded a increase in sales of 60% compared to the same month of the previous year, incl. 76% increase in domestic sales and 53% increase in export sales.
In the first eight months of 2021 the revenues from sales of products decrease by 11% compared to the same period of 2020, incl. 15% increase of sales for the domestic market and 24% decrease in export sales.
Sofia, Bulgaria, September 7, 2021 - According to art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Sopharma AD (SFA: “BSE-Sofia” AD, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 3, 2021 the Company bought 250 000 own shares representing 0.1855% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 915 000 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was 3.6600 BGN.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 9 261 467, representing 6.871% of the share capital of the Company.
