Sofia, Bulgaria, 29 September 2023 – According to the requirements of Art. 100t of the LPOS and in connection with Art. 114, para. 9 of the LPOS, "Sopharma" AD informs that, after a request made to the parent company, public company "Sopharma" AD by the subsidiary "Pharmalogistika" AD and consent given by the Board of Directors from 12.09.2023, today the subsidiary concluded the following transaction falling within the scope of Art. 114, para. 3 of the LPOS:
