Future is in philanthropy

On 9.06.2012 a team of Sopharma AD together with Mrs. Blagovesta Fakirova, Chairman of Sveti Ioan Rilski Donation Association of the village of Balvan, visited Vasil Levski National Military University in the town of Veliko Tarnovo. During the meeting with the University Management, Sopharma AD donated two portable computers НР 630 to excellent graduate cadets /in disadvantaged social position/. The exciting meeting with Mrs.Fakirova, Brigade General Tsvetan Harizanov – Head of Vasil Levski NMU and the cadets was followed by wonderful impressions from the University and the assurance that Sopharma will continue to support the noble initiatives of Sveti Ioan Rilski Association and of the University as part of them. Sopharma AD got acquainted with Sveti Ioan Rilski Association thanks to Lale Foundation five years ago. In this period we made donations for hundreds of thousand of Bulgarian levs, but this is not what matters. The activities of the Association are diverse, the results are multilayer. Homes for the elderly, for children deprived of parental care, for children victims of trafficking, assistance to the Ministry of the Interior, to educational institutions, for the mental and physical health of society – it is difficult to express in words everything made by the Association, as well as to tell in short about the remarkable results. We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of the noble cause. Philanthropy is valuable for any society, and future is in philanthropy.
