Information about treasury shares

The Board of Directors of SOPHARMA AD (the “Company”) hereby informs that from 16. August 2012 up to and including 22. August 2012 the Company bought 11650 own shares representing 0.0088% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 28325.60 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was BGN 2.431.

The shares have been bought on the basis of the general meeting resolution of 23. June 2010.

The intention of the Company is to use the repurchased shares in the future for the purpose of providing them to shareholders of companies targeted in mergers.

The total number of own shares after these transactions is 3175948, representing 2.406% of the share capital of the Company.
