Anife Aydin Mahmoud

My name is Anife Aydin Mahmoud. I have a master's degree in biotechnology from Sofia University. In May 2007 I started working in Sopharma as a chemist in the Quality Control department. Since February 2016 I have been reappointed as a manager of analysis of finished medicinal products.

The work in Sopharma is interesting, dynamic and most of all - responsible. For me it is a daily challenge in the name of quality. The workflow here is subject to the clear thought that on the actions of each individual and the team as a whole depend human lives.

I think that the most valuable asset of the business are the people and in Sopharma one can work and develop while preserving their dignity and their individuality. Mutual trust and respect, as well as continuous self-improvement are important conditions when through your work you guarantee the high quality of the products.

As part of the team of the Quality Control department during the years I was able to learn from the very best professionals, proven internationally. I am proud that I am currently part of a young and ambitious team in which people have the freedom and the ability to express and defend their views.
