The best way to achieve development is when the company's goals align with the personal goals of colleagues. Identifying employees' strengths and preferences and investing in them is the key to successful development for both parties".

Елисо определя добрата работна среда по следния начин:
And Eliso has a few simple pieces of advice for young professionals:
"Study and work! Challenge yourself! Don't think that learning ends with university. Don't worry about the big projects you didn't get to do; put your best efforts into what you have been assigned. Communicate! Don't be afraid or hesitant to ask for help from your colleagues. Your colleagues have already faced the problems you are trying to solve. Communicate openly and honestly with your colleagues and managers. Act with integrity in all interactions and decisions. Adhere to ethical standards and uphold the company's values", she says and warmly welcomes all new colleagues.
We couldn't add anything more to her words.
